Jwapa Devi: On the Pauri -Kotdwar road this is major worship centre. Every year on the occasion of Navratras special prayers are organised. Deoprayag: 45 km from Pauri , Deoprayag is one of the prominent pilgrim centres of India . One of the Panch Prayags,the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagerathi rivers here is a refreshing sight. Adwani: At 14 km, far from the madding crowd, Adwani is a tranquil picnic spot. Comfortable Forest Rest House is available. Tarakund: Surrounded by majestic mountains,at 2200 m, Tarakund is a picturesque canvas. A refresing pond and an old temple highlight the stillness of time.
